The Sanskrit word ‘Pranayama’ translates to the regulation of life force energy (prana).
Today the power of breath is well known as a medium of awareness, movement and relaxation that impacts all levels of existence – material/physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
In this program, you’ll learn and practice the commonly known Pranayama and its variations before diving into some lesser-known, more obscure practices and advanced techniques.
The sessions are based on Vikram’s personal understanding and practices and will gently unfold and develop according to your own ability and practice.

Vikram Abhishek Mall has trained with the famous Bihar School of Yoga at Munger, India and with Arsha Yoga Peetham, in Combatore, India. He also has experimented with various schools of meditation and Pranayama. After a fulfilling and adventurous farming stint, he worked with Dr Subhashini Passi at the Institute of Creative Thinking, in Indore, India, working for three years teaching Creativity, Whole Brain Thinking and Leadership.
