These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Terms and Conditions of Sale“) apply to purchase you make through tnmcoaching.com for any programs, events, services or memberships you register for and / or subscribe to from TNM Coaching. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website; and by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
Website Purchases
In respect of purchase made through the Website, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply regardless of how you access the Website, including via any technologies or devices by which TNM Coaching makes the Website available to you. You must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By making a purchase for an event, program, service or subscription through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order purchase or register for any program, event, service or subscription through the Website.
Making A Purchase With Tnm Coaching
To make a purchase or register for an event, program, service or subscription to membership with TNM Coaching, you may be asked to register and open an account with TNM Coaching, which will require you to provide some compulsory personal information. Please see our Privacy and Cookie Policy for more information on how your personal information will be used.
You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. You can update or correct your details at any time by going to ‘Your Account‘.
When you create an account we may provide you with and/or ask you to use passwords or other means to allow you to access certain areas of the Website and/or to maintain your account security. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. TNM Coaching shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Should you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or account, please contact us at energy@tnmcoaching.com. If TNM Coaching becomes suspicious of any fraudulent activity coming from your account, TNM Coaching reserves the right to refuse you access to your account and may also delete the account.
When you make a purchase through the Website without completing a registration, you will still need to provide us with certain compulsory personal information in order for us to process your purchase. We will not keep any details that you provide when using this method, (save for processing the payment for your purchase, or if you have opted in to receive marketing from us).
Payment
During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. When you are using either a credit or debit card, by completing your payment details, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we may collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy. Please be advised that where you select either Stripe or PayPal as a payment method, we will pass certain information to the relevant party (name, address, delivery address, email address, and phone number) so that they can process your application for and provide the service. Once this information has been passed to the relevant party, TNM Coaching shall remain a data controller and that party shall also be a data controller in relation to that data. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. We take full payment immediately for all subscriptions, services, programs and events. A selection of programs and events purchased via the TNM Coaching Academy have an option for payment via instalments. All payments must be received in full in advance of the commencement date for any program or event. Please contact us separately for further details on our payment plan with the TNM Coaching Academy.
Product Specific Terms And Conditions
TNM COACHING LIFE
Memberships, Life Classes, Master Classes, Events & Life Coaching
Availability of Life Classes, Master Classes, Events
All Life Classes, Master Classes and Events remain valid for as long as they appear on the TNM Coaching website. Should a Life Class, Master Class or Event be fully booked, you are invited to submit your e-mail address so that we can keep your name on a waiting list and send you an electronic message advising that a place has become available. Registrations will be handled on a first come-first served basis.
Cancellations
While every effort will be made to keep to the published program dates and times, TNM Coaching reserve the right to cancel any Master Classes, Life Classes and Events at their discretion. Many of the classes and events offered through TNM Coaching Life are open enrolment classes and subject to minimum participant numbers. Under the rare circumstances that we have to cancel, you will be notified by email and offered either:
- a place on either an alternative Life Class, Master Class or Event that we feel could be of interest to you,
- alternative later dates for the same Life Class, Master Class or Event you purchased
- a full refund
You will be under no obligation to accept the alternatives offered and can opt to take the full refund instead. TNM Coaching will not be liable for any compensation for expenses you may incur as a result of the cancelled or rescheduled class and /or event.
Refunds
You can cancel your registration or enrolment on a TNM Life Class (live / digital) up to 14 days after purchase and receive a full refund. If you watch a video, download any written content, or attend a live workshop / coaching sessions as part of the program, you are giving your consent to waive the right to a refund within 14-days of purchase and TNM Coaching is under no obligation to issue a refund.

Membership
Membership plans exist in a monthly, semi-annual and annual membership fee. The fees for each level of membership are advertised on the TNM Coaching website. You will notified by email and prompted to renew membership unless you opt to cancel your subscription (see below)
Our membership plans provide you with:

- Access to our Life Coaching plans

- Exclusive offers on books and related products
- Access to our unique online community space
*Discounts are displayed at the point of purchase.
All memberships have a seven-day cooling off period, during which you have the right to cancel your membership and receive a refund. If you do decide to cancel within the seven days, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation.
Beyond this 7 day cooling off period, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to TNM Coaching Membership and all of its benefits up to the point of your renewal. TNM Coaching will not issue a refund if you cancel before the end of your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to your membership area and programs you have purchased that will run during your current membership subscription and until the end of your current billing period.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching is available to members of TNM Coaching Life only. Those wishing to purchase a package of Life Coaching through TNM Coaching website must sign up to a membership with TNM Coaching Life through the TNM Coaching website. (See Membership subscriptions).
Life Coaching is available in various packages of differing duration and total number of coaching sessions. All coaching sessions are delivered virtually (by telephone or virtual platform such as Zoom). Each package is for the advertised number of coaching sessions with the same Life Coach. You will be connected with your Life Coach after purchase so that you may agree upon the dates and times for your Life Coaching sessions.
Rescheduling a Coaching Session
You should try to keep to your scheduled time slots as much as possible. In the event you are not able to keep a time you have agreed with your Life Coach, you must notify them within a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Similarly, in the event that your Life Coach needs to be re-schedule a Life Coaching session you will be notified at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session to find an alternative time. If you do not notify your Life Coach within 48 hours the session will be deemed used.
Refunds
No refunds are available on Life Coaching Packages after purchase.
TNM COACHING ACADEMY
Evolutionary Coach Training Program
Availability
Our programs are available for registration for as long as they appear on the TNM Coaching website. Should any of our programs be fully booked, you are invited to submit your e-mail address so that we can keep your name on a waiting list and send you an electronic message advising that a place has become available. Registrations will be handled on a first come-first served basis.
Payments
Full payment for a program can be made via the TNM Coaching website. A payment plan is available. A minimum 30% deposit payment required on registration to secure your place on a program and any outstanding balance must be paid no later that 6 weeks before the start of the first module. No payment plans are available beyond this 6 week point. For further details on payment plans please contact academy@tnmcoaching.com
Refunds
You can cancel your registration on a program up to 6 weeks before the start of the first module (4 weeks before program launch) and you will receive a full refund excluding a 250 euro administration fee. To cancel your registration on a program you need to email academy@tnmcoaching.com no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the first module. TNM Coaching is under no obligation to refund any program fees already paid for cancellations received after this 6 week cut off point.
Cancellations
The Evolutionary Coach Training Programs are open enrolment programs and subject to minimum participant numbers. If sufficient participant numbers are not met, TNM Coaching Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone programs before the program start date. Under such circumstances, alternative program dates will be offered in substitution. If the alternative dates offered are not suitable, any monies paid as part of the payment and registration will be refunded in full. No administration charge will be levied under these circumstances.
Coach Training Units
The programs are designed with specific hours of coach training units (CTUs). Failure to attend any of the virtual workshops, or complete the indicated preparation and coursework will affect the amount of hours your are certified as having completed and may affect your eligibility to apply for accreditation with the ICF. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are available to attend the virtual workshops as scheduled. EG if you miss a 3 hour workshop these hours will not be included in total CTU hours listed on the certificate issued at the completion of the program.
TNM Coaching accepts no responsibility if you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop. Failure to attend includes any technical issues you may experience in joining a virtual workshop. If any technical issue is encountered by TNM Coaching, then workshops will be re-scheduled at a suitable time and date for all those registered to attend.
Mentor Coaching
Mentor Coaching is available in various packages of differing duration and total number of coaching sessions. All Mentor Coaching sessions are delivered virtually (by telephone or virtual platform such as Zoom). Each package is for the advertised number of Mentor Coaching sessions with the same Mentor Coach. You will be connected with your Mentor Coach after purchase so that you may agree upon the dates and times for your Mentor Coaching sessions.

Refunds
You can cancel your registration or enrolment on a program up to 14 days after purchase and receive a full refund. However, if you have activated your program on the digital platform and started your learning journey TNM Coaching is under no obligation to issue a refund for this program.
Other Tnm Coaching Services
TNM Coaching has partnered with a selection of trusted third parties to make available certain additional services and third party products and services to you. Each third party microsite has its own terms and conditions and privacy policy. We may also place links on this Website to other websites. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their contents. Except where required by applicable law, TNM Coaching cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.
