These retreats are ideal for teams that are driving success in your organization. Rejuvenation

TNM’s Bespoke Team Retreats are held at Villa Sermita, nestled amidst the lush landscapes and serene surroundings of Ibiza. With traditional architecture, peaceful gardens, and breathtaking views, Villa Sermita offers a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Each of the eight beautifully appointed suites feature luxurious amenities and a private balcony or terraces. You can enjoy daily training sessions overlooking the verdant landscapes and indulge in holistic wellness treatments at the on-site spa. Immerse yourself in Ibiza’s rich culture with cultural excursions, and authentic cuisine prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Our Nexus Team Retreat Ibiza is designed for teams seeking to enhance their personal, professional, and spiritual growth while experiencing the beauty of Ibiza.
This team retreat allows your senior leadership teams to reset their approach, to learn to lead with confidence and build trust in their own and each other’s capabilities.
- What's included in the price?
The retreat package is all-inclusive, covering accommodation, meals, and daily yoga sessions. Additionally, your team will receive access to various workshops and activities aimed at nurturing their holistic well-being.
- How do we create a bespoke package for your team?

- Refund and cancellation policy
If you cancel more than 120 days before the retreat start date, you can apply 100% of your payment to another retreat.
However, cancellations made closer to the start date may result in a partial forfeiture of your organisation’s payment. Please ensure to review our full cancellation policy before making a reservation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
