The Mirror Leadership program’s multi-dimensional learning experience enables inspiration, reflection and creation through dialogue, shared experiences, teaching games, coaching and facilitation. This approach helps participants take an in-depth look at their self-leadership to create meaningful and memorable learning.
This program is delivered over two days of face-to-face workshops, interspersed with three virtual group coaching learning sessions.
Prior to the program, participants will need to complete preparation work including reading and watching videos and completing assessments. Then, following the completion of each session, participants receive additional resources (e.g., recommended books, podcasts and videos) and set an on-the-job assignment that will further reinforce the learning objectives.
