The Mirror Leadership program empowers and inspires people to achieve extraordinary results as leaders by taking them on a journey of self-discovery, self-leadership and deep skills development.

Designed as an enlightening learning experience rather than a formal course, program participants examine their own natural talents and abilities, and acquire the qualities needed for leadership success such as influencing others, engaging and motivating teams and individuals, fostering collaboration and inclusion, and social and emotional intelligence.

Who this program is for

The Mirror Leadership program is beneficial for anyone who wants to reinforce their leadership capabilities by understanding themselves and developing strong foundational skills.


What to expect on this program

The Mirror Leadership program is based on three tenets:

  • Become and develop self
  • Be the best version of yourself
  • Lead by example

It teaches the latest leadership practices that are foundational to modern leadership for the new epoch in two parts:

  • Module 1:  Intentional Leader
    We focus on building participants’ self-awareness and self-leadership in their role as leaders.
  • Module 2: Inspirational Leader
    We focus on building team awareness and accountability for each role in the team.

With the help of 360-degree and TMP feedback tools, participants return to their organisations with the ability to communicate effectively and maximize both individual and team performance.


Learning outcomes

The Mirror Leadership program aims to support participants to:

How participants learn

The Mirror Leadership program’s multi-dimensional learning experience enables inspiration, reflection and creation through dialogue, shared experiences, teaching games, coaching and facilitation. This approach helps participants take an in-depth look at their self-leadership to create meaningful and memorable learning.

This program is delivered over two days of face-to-face workshops, interspersed with three virtual group coaching learning sessions.

Prior to the program, participants will need to complete preparation work including reading and watching videos and completing assessments. Then, following the completion of each session, participants receive additional resources (e.g., recommended books, podcasts and videos) and set an on-the-job assignment that will further reinforce the learning objectives.
