The Mirror Leadership program empowers and inspires leaders to achieve extraordinary results by taking them on a journey of self-discovery, self-leadership and deep skills development.

The Mirror Leadership program is designed to give life to the leadership model and capabilities and to equip and empower participants to respond to the demands and challenges of today’s business world.

Becoming an intentional, inspirational and integral leader, involves a high level of self-awareness and the ability to self-regulate when under pressure. The Mirror Module III – Integral Leader extends on the themes of the main program, deeply integrating learning so participants feel truly empowered and responsible for their actions and results.

Who this program is for

Leaders who have already completed Module I and II of the Mirror Leadership program and would like to deepen and sustain their learning and development.

What to expect on this program

Mirror Module III – Integral Leader gives participants a safe space and effective framework to reflect on the extent to which they have integrated their learning and insights from the Mirror program, as well as the opportunity to do something about it.

The Mirror Leadership program’s multi-experiential learning design provides participants with a wide range of learning opportunities.

A combination of inspiration, reflection and creation delivered through dialogue, shared experiences, teaching games, coaching and facilitation help participants take an in-depth look at their self-leadership to create meaningful and memorable learning.

Learning outcomes

The purpose of Mirror Module III – Integral Leader is to reconnect and build on the personal skills and competencies gained in Mirror I and II, and to ensure a high level of integration and implementation of insights and learning from the main Mirror program.

How participants learn

This program is delivered over one month via:

  • a  virtual kick-off session
  • 2 x days of face-to-face workshops
  • a virtual follow-up session

Prior to the program, participants will need to complete preparation work. Then post-program participants will receive additional resources such as recommended books, podcasts and videos, and set an on-the-job assignment that will further reinforce the learning objectives.
