What is OI?

The term Organic Intelligence is used in different ways. In philosophy and systems thinking, it describes the innate wisdom of life itself—how ecosystems and living beings self-organise. In technology, it refers to the distinction between biological and artificial intelligence. For the purposes of this program, we define Organic Intelligence in a leadership context: the capacity of organisations and leaders to adapt fluidly, draw on collective wisdom, and cultivate resilience through creative, non-hierarchical approaches.
