Through interactive workshops, discussions, and coaching, this program will empower leaders to foster an inclusive workplace culture where diverse talents can thrive and contribute to the organisation’s success. The program is designed to create emotional connections to the DEI content while offering practical strategies for addressing systemic inequities.
Participants will explore key DEI leadership behaviors such as active listening, curiosity, and empathy, and will learn how to foster psychological safety in hybrid, multicultural, and virtual teams. They will gain the tools to challenge unconscious biases, remain objective, and promote diversity as an essential strength for their teams and organisations.

Delivered over 12 weeks, the virtual version of Leading Diversity allows participants to explore DEI concepts while integrating learning through ongoing peer coaching and reflection.

1 x 90-minute virtual introduction group session
2 x 90-minute virtual integration group sessions
Face-to-face
This immersive, face-to-face experience unfolds over three full days, encouraging participants to connect, learn, and grow in dynamic, interactive sessions.
