The fundamental principles of the Leadership Pipeline programThis module forms the basis of the program and introduces the basic framework of the leadership pipeline: that every leadership transition has a major impact on the work values, time management and leadership skills required to do the job. Each module is linked to those concepts.

Prioritising and setting objectives for direct reportsParticipants will learn techniques to set objectives for direct reports and to prioritise their work based on those objectives.
