About this class

During the Embodying Mindfulness eight-part course, you’ll learn the practice of mindfulness and begin to realise its rewards. You’ll become more fully aware and awake, find balance and harmony at work and at home, and develop a more positive attitude that will support you through difficult and stressful situations.

This course is based on 3X3 pedagogy to bring the head, heart, and hand together. It encompasses three domains – self-awareness, connecting with others and reciprocity with systems – and uses three levels of learning – received knowledge, critical insights, and embodied understanding.

Embodying Mindfulness uses a combination of large and small group sessions where participants engage in mindful dialogues, reflective and contemplative practices, and an accountability partner system.
