The Digital Chieftain program takes participants on a journey together through seven levels of knowledge and requires them to face trials at the end of each level before they can move on. It’s like an ancient quest based on modern science.

We start and close the program with a unique ceremony that bonds participants (either online or in person) and prepares them for their journey.

The Seven Levels:

These levels are based on 40 years of social science research and ancient wisdom on what makes an effective and powerful human being.  Combined, the seven levels form the complete set of knowledge a leader needs to fully and holistically engage themselves and others.

Leaders can also use this structure as a diagnostic tool to uncover team issues and apply the levels they need to create a transformation.


Learning outcomes

The main outcome of the Digital Chieftain program is to enable participants with a full scientific system for managing the Self and others. This system uncovers their unique capabilities and callings as a leader, forges deeper connections, and reveals their personal power.

The most important concept for a Digital Chieftain is action. The entire program is designed to quickly move the participant into action in the real world to create visible value for the organisation. Within the first two weeks, each participant will take tangible actions in the real world that create noticeable change.

How participants learn

Learning for the Digital Chieftain program can be delivered in two formats:

Standard: 4 – 6 months duration

  • 1 x 120-minute virtual opening ceremony
  • 9 x cycles of digital learning on mobile or web app
  • 7 x 90-minute virtual group coaching calls
  • 1-120 minutes virtual closing ceremony

Extended: 6 – 9 months duration

  • 2 x full day face-to-face opening ceremony and introduction
  • 9 x cycles of digital learning on mobile or web app
  • 1 x full day face-to-face training and coaching lab
  • 7 x 90-minute virtual group coaching calls
  • 2 x full day face-to-face closing ceremony and consolidation

The leadership content and case studies are delivered online via our innovative social learning platform capabilities.  We then have group check-ins at the end of each level to solidify the learnings of the journey.

Participants are supported with:

  • Regular self-assessments to identify key growth areas
  • A clear step-by-step path for taking the actions of a modern leader
