Equipping new managers with the mindset and skills for success
Transitioning from team member to successful manager takes more than just acquiring new management skills and competencies: it calls for a fundamental adjustment in mindset.
Being an Effective Manager is a facilitated learning experience that empowers first-level managers to make the necessary shifts in their work values, and learn how toy apply their time and skills to be effective.
This three-day program explores both core management and key leadership skills, as well as diving into the mindset of an effective first-line manager.
And because learning doesn’t happen in a vacuum, Being an Effective Manager has been designed using high-impact learning principles that integrate participants’ real-life situations into the learning experience, making it immediately relevant and meaningful.
