Business project sessions
Delivered during both modules, these sessions are the practical thread that delivers specific solutions and supports participants as they develop individual business projects. These sessions focus on the three essential tools used to identify, distinguish and implement strategic business initiatives:
- Scenario Modeling to uncover future opportunities and answer the questions: “Is this a viable initiative? Why?”
- Strategy Canvas to differentiate the product and define what the product is.
- Must-Win Battle thinking to create momentum and identify a path for success for the product.
They’ll explore and implement new skills, and work toward the final event featuring a poster trade show and project presentations in front of an invited audience of senior leaders.
