She has helped to train thousands of coaches and delivers coach-training programmes from foundation to mastery level.
Her specialism is in partnering with organisations to move towards a culture that delivers on their strategic objectives and as part of that, to create Evolutionary Leadership and to build world-class internal coaching services. She has worked with various organizations including Bosch, HP, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Coca-Cola European Partners, The Coca-Cola Company, Mondi Group plc, Boehringer Ingelheim, Logica, BT, NAK and the BBC, as well as delivering executive coaching and open training programmes across the world, including China, USA, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
She also partners with academic institutions such as The London Business School and The Open University on their coaching service provision.
She has been a key partner in projects such as designing a coaching culture for a 42,000 employee-strong company.
Her current projects include supporting the international charity, Save the Children, in working towards a coaching culture that will support them in continuing to provide humanitarian care across the globe. She was voted “Executive Coach of the Year (UK)” in 2016 and again in 2019.
Her first book “Towards Mastery in the Core Coaching Competencies” was published in 2016.
