A Note Before We Begin

We’re so happy you’ve chosen to join us for this special experience in Sardinia. The Rise Retreat, co-hosted by TNM Coaching and Azul Embodied Awakening, is a space for deep renewal, connection, and transformation – and we can’t wait to welcome you there.

To ensure everything runs smoothly for you and all participants, we ask that you take a few moments to read through the practical details below. These Terms & Conditions outline our shared commitments, including payment, cancellation, travel, and health considerations. They’re designed to be transparent and supportive, helping us create the best possible experience together.

1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable payment (deposit or full amount, as specified at checkout) is required to secure your place.
• You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking or through an approved payment plan.
• If you are on a payment plan, all installments must be made on or before the agreed dates. Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in the forfeiture of your place and any payments made to date.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit) has been received and you receive written confirmation from TNM Coaching or Azul Embodied Awakening.

2. Cooling-off Period

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, the cancellation terms below apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, we do not offer refunds for any reason. You may transfer your booking to another guest. Or, part of your payment may be applied as a credit toward future retreats with Azul Embodied Awakening (https://pathofazul.com/calendar-2/) within one year of the original retreat date.

The amount of credit available depends on when you cancel:

• More than 90 days before the retreat start date: 100% of your payment may be applied to another retreat.
• 60 – 89 days before start: 75% may be applied (25% forfeited).
• 15 – 59 days before start: 40% may be applied (60% forfeited).
• 14 days or less: The full payment is forfeited.

Please note that no credit is issued for arriving late, leaving early, or failing to attend.

4. Retreat Confirmation

TNM Coaching and Azul Embodied Awakening reserve the right to cancel or postpone the retreat until 10 March 2026 if minimum participant numbers are not met.

If this occurs:

• You may transfer your booking (and any payments made) to a future retreat within 12 months, or
• Request a full refund of all payments made to TNM Coaching/ Azul Embodied Awakening

5. Travel and Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Sardinia.

There are two airports on the island – Cagliari International Airport (CAG) in the south and Olbia Airport (OLB) in the north.

Please note that airport transfers are only included from Cagliari International Airport.

Soul Valley is located in the south of Sardinia, near the small village of Torre delle Stelle, approximately a 45-minute drive from Cagliari International Airport.

Please book flexible or refundable travel options, and we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and travel disruptions.

6. What’s Included

Your Rise Retreat experience is designed to be all-inclusive, allowing you to relax fully and immerse yourself in the journey.

Your retreat package includes:

• 7 nights’ accommodation at Soul Valley, a beautiful venue nestled in nature near Torre delle Stelle, Sardinia.
• All meals and drinks during your stay, featuring nourishing, locally sourced vegetarian cuisine (with vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options available).
• Daily practices, workshops, and guided sessions facilitated by Amara Pagano and Zoran Todorovic as part of the Evolutionary Coaching & Embodied Awakening program.
• Airport transfers to and from Cagliari International Airport (CAG) on the arrival and departure days.

Please note that travel to and from Sardinia, massages, excursions, and any additional personal expenses are not included in the retreat package.

7. Health and Wellbeing

By joining the retreat, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and emotional health to participate in the activities. You will be sent a participant waiver form – [linked here]- which you will be expected to complete ahead of the retreat.

Please inform TNM Coaching and Azul Embodied Awakening of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility limitations prior to arrival. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Program Modifications

TNM Coaching and Azul Embodied Awakening reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat program, schedule, or facilitators due to unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the quality and intent of the experience.

9. Liability

TNM Coaching and Azul Embodied Awakening, their facilitators, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to person or property during or in connection with the retreat, except in cases of proven negligence.

10. Code of Conduct

We ask that all participants maintain a respectful, open, and supportive environment throughout the retreat. TNM Coaching and Azul Embodied Awakening reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful to others, without refund.
