Tess is one of the founders of Create China Coaching Center, which offers management coaching services for Fortune 500 companies, large state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
With her rich life experience, enthusiastic and serious communication style, and responsible work attitude, Tess helps coachees in their continuous growth both personally and professionally. In her own work life, she started at the bottom and left from a board-level position.
