Svetlana is a business and executive coach with over 25 years of experience. In addition, she trains and prepares coaches on their journey to becoming ICF certified. Svetlana has designed and conducted leadership development, innovation and management workshops for Fortune 100 companies internationally. She works in partnership with organisations and leaders to develop strategies that turn objectives into meaningful action and achieve measurable results that are transformative, not simply transactional.
Early in her career Svetlana was a spacecraft engineer. She then transitioned to coaching and founded the ICF representative office in Russia and was its first President from 2002 to 2009. Svetlana is also the recipient of the ICF Circle of Distinction award.
