As an entrepreneur Simon owned businesses across the UK, Europe and the US. He’s also led 3 international NGO’s, and most recently been invited to coach, mentor and mediate for senior executives, unlocking energy, value and potential.
Standing alongside leaders, Simon builds trust, connection and richer relationships, listening for transformational possibilities and holding space for people to find alignment, beyond polarities. With warmth, presence and deep clarity he guides people into conversations they didn’t know they could have and towards solutions they didn’t know were possible.
