Throughout his career, he has transitioned from a computer science engineer to sales, sales management, and general and regional management roles. Leading businesses across 87 countries, and managing large teams, he has developed a passion for helping individuals grow.
During his tenure as a senior leader at a global corporation, he also served as an internal coach, guiding over 40 executives and leaders globally. This experience has fuelled his commitment to coaching as a powerful tool for transformation and growth.
As a Board Director for the ICF Coaching in Organizations, he fosters strategies to promote coaching as a key development tool. Additionally, he led the HPE Coaching Network, democratizing coaching for a 60,000-employee organization.
