Sara has worked in Human Resources for nearly 30 years, holding senior HR roles in the gambling and casinos industry and with a wide breadth of experience in developing people. She started her coaching journey through her studies in the Somatic Thinking Coaching Methodology through which she learned that coaching is not about learning more; on the contrary, coaching is about “Releasing the Excess” of external inputs and looking within to be the authentic version of yourself.
Sara works extensively with executives, leaders, employees, teams, students and parents; she has witnessed the power of coaching, and the transformation of her coachees when exploring “the within”. Witnessing such transformation in people keeps Sara thriving and feeds her passion for coaching.
