Samer has 15 years’ experience in developing individuals and leaders. He has brought cohesiveness to teams and trained/mentored coaches. Samer is the first native Arabic speaker worldwide to obtain the MCC (Master Certified Coach), the highest credential level in the world with more than 6,000 coaching hours. In October 2019, he was celebrated globally by the International Coaching Federation as an ICF Young Leader honoree because he embodies the core values of ICF and is a thought leader in the field of coaching.
Samer has worked with organizations and individuals in different roles including executive coach, mentor coach and corporate trainer. He has experience working with private, government and not-for-profit organizations, and with schools and multinational companies, to develop their leadership, increase cultural and intercultural cohesiveness, and maximize the capacity and productivity of their people.
Having studied the major theories and the neuroscience of expanding the human potential, and supported by a 30-year dedication to learning martial arts, Samer developed “Somatic Thinking,” a coaching methodology to transform physical and emotional awareness into a valuable asset for coaching and leadership excellence. He has lived and worked on four continents and in three languages, crossing cultures, traditions and beliefs.
