Sallyann has over 20 years’ experience of leadership coaching and culture change, supporting global organisations to create more inclusive cultures, develop better ways of working and retain their key talent. Before specialising as an executive coach and leadership facilitator, she gained a broad experience of the corporate world having made several career changes, starting out as a corporate lawyer and progressing through various roles including Power Station Fuel Buyer, Internal Change Manager, Change Management Consultant, before finding her true home as a Coach and Leadership consultant.

Sallyann’s core value is making a difference to others, and she is passionate about enabling her coachees to discover their true purpose and unblock any perceived barriers to progression, in particular enabling female leaders “to source their magnificence!”
