Sabreena holds a PhD in Organizational Development and Change with double master’s degrees in social science (Counseling), Human Development and is also a credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her area of expertise focuses on leadership in Western Multinational Corporations located in foreign subsidiaries.
Known for her integrative yet whole systems approach, Sabreena draws from research on leadership development, neuroplasticity and the brain’s ability to change, psychology, somatic intelligence, influences on normative behavior such as historical imprints, cultural philosophies, quantum physics and advanced systems thinking to enable clients achieve sustainable results.
