Rozana is a human relations and organisational leadership development expert. Her purpose is to create transformative learning experiences to evoke personal and professional growth both on an individual and social level. She is passionate about “re-humanizing” themes in education, design, and business. Rozana was a founding member of the International Coaching Federation in Saudi Arabia and enjoys working with people, in groups, communities and one to one.
In her early career, Rozana was an Employment Adviser at Deloitte. She then moved to work as a consultant for various companies in the investment management and professional services industries.
