Paul works with leaders who wish to develop wisdom and professional judgement by expanding their ability to reflect on, and make sense of, their experiences. Additionally, he applies his work as an improvised theatre performer and conflict mediator to help clients become outstanding listeners and understand group dynamics.
Paul has experience working with UK, US, Asian and Middle Eastern Clients. With 15 years investment banking experience, managing a large global bond portfolio, critical thinking and excellence are core values that underpin his work.
