Patrik is an executive coach, facilitator and consultant with over 30 years of experience. He delivers impactful outcomes in his work with leaders and teams seeking to uplift their leadership style to the next level, optimise their potential and cultivate cultures of excellence. Over the past 15 years he has built global expertise in executive education as a systemic coach with a focus on conscious leadership and team alignment. Patrik has delivered an ICF-approved training program ‘Evolutionary Leadership Coaching’ for coaches and leaders in Europe, Asia and North America.
Early in his career, Patrik spent 20 years in education as a teacher, facilitator and coach, specialising in curriculum design and development. He has also served as a bereavement counsellor and has written several books on grief and loss.
