Navid has over two decades of senior leadership experience drawn from executive roles within large multinationals, across both emerging and developed markets. He holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, has been trained as a Principled Negotiator at Harvard Law School, and completed his 3-year coach training across three continents in Africa, America and Europe.
Having served on executive leadership teams himself, Navid has first-hand experience of the dynamic complexities and pressures that senior leaders face. This inspired his move into executive coaching, where he works as an active thinking partner to his clients and is hands-on with delivery, always linking business strategy to people.
