Nancy Hughes

Nancy is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has over 22 years of experience in leadership development, including executive coaching, group facilitation and creating executive education programs for CEO-level executives. Her mission in life is to play a role in raising the level of consciousness on this planet and in organizations. Nancy has partnered with senior clients from around the world and has extensive experience working with clients in the high-tech, shipping, banking, pharmaceutical, financial and professional services, manufacturing, strategic consulting, and hotel industries and many more. Known for her open, honest, and flexible approach, she is passionate about challenging her clients to maximize their highest potential not only in business but also as human beings. Nancy’s approach incorporates her strong values of authenticity, direct communication and fun to help raise self-awareness and the understanding of others while embracing the business and life challenges of her clients.

Nancy is a graduate of Corporate Coach U and Newfield Network. She is one of the founding members of the ICF Singapore Chapter, was on the executive committee for 10 years, and was President of the Singapore Chapter of ICF from 2006-2008. Nancy is certified to administer and interpret assessments including in-depth work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), DISC, Firo-B, Benchmarks, Workplace Big 5, Hogan, Team Management Systems, Voices 360, Benchmarks 360-degree, and a host of other assessment instruments. She has extensive experience with 360 feedback, facilitation, and coaching skills workshops, and is a published coaching author. Nancy is also a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator with Brené Brown.
