Ming-Yen Tan

As a professional coach and trainer, Ming-Yen focuses on inspiring new perspectives through introducing and widening an individual’s viewpoint, rather than changing their perceptions. He specializes in coaching, leadership and team development.

Ming-Yen is also an adjunct professor for various well-known universities’ MBA programs in mainland China, Hong Kong, the U.K. and Ireland. He lectures in a variety of academic modules, including strategic planning, leadership principles and practices, operations management, research methods, and all areas of corporate financial management.
