Ming Yen has over 20 years of international business and corporate coaching experiences. He has dedicated a large portion of his career to executive coaching, coach training, management consulting, and corporate training. His approach focuses on inspiring new perspectives through introducing and widening of an individual’s viewpoint, rather than changing their perceptions. He has worked with major corporations to re-engineer the talent pool to make human capital the most valuable asset a company can have. He has also worked as centre manager for an outdoor challenge centre that stretched and built participants’ sense of self- confidence and positive attitude towards workplace obstacles and new responsibilities.
Ming Yen is also an adjunct professor for various well-known universities’ MBA programs in mainland China, Hong Kong, the U.K. and Ireland. He lectures in a variety of academic modules, including strategic planning, leadership principles and practices, operations management, research methods, and all areas of corporate financial management.
