Meiling is a professional coach with PCC certification by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and professional coaching training at the ICA (International Coach Academy). She is also a skilled training and workshop facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in learning and development and human resources management. Meiling holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology (USP), a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (FAAP) and a specialization in Transdisciplinarity (UNIPAZ). Meling is also Group and Team Coaching certified coach and traienr.
