Marcel is a senior coach and trainer with over 25 years of experience. His mission is to empower companies by building exceptional teams through strategic development programs in a structured, predictable, and motivating environment. Marcel has designed and delivered over two thousand days of interactive workshops and coaching sessions, covering topics such as strategic leadership, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and team building. With a focus on developing the skills of managers at all levels, he has helped many people and organisations to meet their goals.
Marcel is a dual citizen in both the US and Poland. His professional experience includes translations, event management, marketing, and market research. In addition to coaching, he is also an exceptional interpreter and linguist.
