Maiken has been on both sides of the table: both as a leader in results-focused organizations and as a coach of executives with P&L responsibility and ambitious founders across Europe. S/he has a degree in international business and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). For Maiken, business coaching has to create results for the business and the individual.
