Maiken has over 15 years of leadership and HR experience from Fortune 500 companies such as Nestlé and Maersk, working with senior leaders and talents in 14 countries across Europe. She has been on both sides of the table: both as a leader in results-focused organisations and as a coach of executives with P&L responsibility and ambitious founders across Europe.
