Laura has more than 20 years’ experience in support activities, and she functions as an entrepreneur and executive to major global corporations such as Nokia and ENEL. She has broad international experience in human resources management, development, training, recruiting, leadership, tutoring and mentoring, as well as in organizational development and consulting.
Laura co-operates as an executive coach and counselor with global corporations and major coaching companies to support organizations in achieving their targets through the development of leaders, key people and teams. She also maintains a personal coaching and counseling practice with individuals. Laura coaches in both Italian and English.
