Kazumi is an insightful coach who combines Japanese sensitivity with Scandinavian pragmatism. She encourages her clients to thrive in both their professional and personal lives, supporting them in maintaining a sense of wellbeing through inner sustainability and intercultural resilience.
Born and raised in Japan, she studied in the US and has worked for global corporations in Japan and Sweden. Over a decade, she worked as a sustainability specialist, leading various international, multi-stakeholder projects. Thanks to her background in cultural anthropology, she naturally facilitates deeper conversations, connecting the various elements surrounding clients from diverse backgrounds and outlooks.
Her authentic, simple and sustainable approach helps clients to take a holistic view of their situations while working through specific challenges, enabling them to see ‘the forest’ as well as ‘the trees’.
