Justine has over two decades of professional experience, including operating at executive level within one of the world’s leading FMCG companies. She has a Science PhD and gained broad business and leadership experience through senior global roles in Research & Development, Corporate & Regulatory Affairs and Marketing.
She became a passionate advocate of the empowering nature of coaching, through using professional coaches both personally and for team members, to fulfil leadership potential, overcome self-limiting beliefs or to turn around underperformance. This inspired her move into coaching and today, Justine combines her corporate leadership experience with her natural warmth, calm perspective and passion for developing and motivating others. This has allowed her to successfully relate to, connect with and support a wide range of clients to identify and achieve their goals.
