Jennifer is an executive coach, organisational psychologist, and leadership development expert with over 1,800 hours of professional coaching experience. She helps leaders increase self-awareness, align intent with impact, and enhance their value and effectiveness within organisations. She fosters high-trust environments with her clients, enabling deep work that leads to sustainable change and helps them reach their goals using practical emotional intelligence, neuroscience, and intentional change techniques.

Jennifer brings more than two decades of leadership development and coaching experience across globally recognised brands in various sectors. She has supported leaders and teams in sectors including government, energy, luxury, higher education, tech, aviation, and finance. Part of her core work today involves assessing leaders to determine readiness for next-level roles, including Board positions and supporting their development. She has extensive experience in the GCC and recently held an executive-level role in Dubai before bravely deciding to establish her own practice.

She now works with clients across all levels of seniority and experience, from senior leaders to high potentials beginning their leadership journeys.
