Isabelle Courtney-Guy

Loving every second helping people create breakthrough, purpose-led results

Isabelle is passionate about the difference coaching makes in the world and to people’s lives and so has loved teaching coaching since 2013. As an active transformational coach, she has over 2000 hours of coaching client experience. She has trained more than 5000 coaches in cohorts within organizations as part of developing a transformational coaching culture and as faculty for transformational open coaching programs. Isabelle is known for her fun and warm energy as well as her ability to provide clarity and applicability of deep and complex ideas in the classroom. Her students feel confident and excited to go out and practice after her sessions.

Isabelle formally qualified as a coach through the ICF Accredited Senior Coaches program with School of Coaching under Miles Downey in 2012 after having originally trained in 2010 to coach 360-degree feedback with Talent Innovations. She has completed over 220 hours of CPD in Co-Active Coaching, organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, Gallup Strengths Coaching and Integral Coaching. She is an eternal student and loves to share her knowledge and experience with others.

Isabelle believes that human beings have all the wisdom and brilliance that they need within them. She says that a coach’s role is to meet the client where they are, to follow their interest, to provide a safe space of deep, generous listening and insightful questioning where that genius can be unleashed. A coach works with the client to access both the spiritual, physical embodiment and mindset of agency. An experience of life as lived behind the steering wheel rather than under its’ wheels, such that they can access freedom and satisfaction no matter the context.
