Isabelle Courtney-Guy

Isabelle is a transformational team, executive and leadership coach with over 2,000 hours of professional coaching experience. She is passionate about supporting teams and organizations to embrace and navigate rapid change powerfully, by supporting the growth of systems thinking capability, and to create cultures of inclusivity, trust, strong relationships, brilliant communication and alignment. Isabelle creates a very safe and fun space for clients to go deep and creative. This brings her clients greater resilience, self-awareness and choice about their style and impact as leaders and shows them how to create the right environments in their teams to create sustainable high performance.

Isabelle has designed and delivered complex culture change programs in high-pressure project environments internationally, with several projects in Africa, as well as supported individual leaders and teams to accomplish their goals through 1:1 and team coaching in the U.K. and Europe. She is an experienced faculty member of ICF-accredited coach training programs. Isabelle has supported clients at all levels of seniority and experience, from senior leadership team members to supervisors. She is trained and highly experienced in Organizational and Relationship Systems, Co-Active and Integral coaching, as well as a certified Gallup Strengths coach and 360-degree feedback practitioner. Isabelle has completed over 250 hours of ICF-accredited coach training spanning a broad range of methodologies. She delivers work in both French and English.
