Fernando is a professional coach with ACC certification by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and ACTP coaching training at Instituto Ecosocial. He is an Editorial Committee Volunteer Member of the ICF São Paulo Chapter. Fernando is a mediator and learning facilitator for individuals and groups looking to enhance their companies’ results with continuous development of their professionals and teams. He holds a BEng in Production Engineering (UFRJ), a specialization in Psychodynamics of Work (FCAV) and several trainings in the fields of technology and administration. Fernando’s career includes more than 20 years of corporate experience with international organizations leading teams and managing projects in telecommunications, software and factories.
