Fernando works with the facilitation of dialogues and learning. He co-creates his work with individuals and small groups through three basic formats: coaching, mediation and dialogue facilitation processes. His work enables them to enhance their companies’ results with continuous development of their professionals and teams. His clients and partners experience with him a welcoming, non-directive attitude of curiosity and respect. Alongside this, he focuses on the process frameworks to support the investigation and composition of alternatives to turn the client’s desires to change into tangible achievements.

Fernando’s career includes more than 20 years’ corporate experience with international organisations leading teams and managing projects in telecommunications, software and factories.
