Fabian is a global executive coach and facilitator with over 28 years of international leadership experience across Europe, the United States, and Latin America. He partners with senior leaders and executive teams to help maximise their potential, navigate complexity, and achieve sustained behavioural change. Drawing on decades of experience within multinational environments, Fabian brings a practical understanding of the challenges leaders face and supports them in strengthening leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and team performance.
Prior to being a coach, Fabian built a career in senior leadership roles within a global financial services organisation. His experience working across multiple cultures gave him unique insight into the business, organisational, and cultural dynamics leaders navigate today. Fabian is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and has completed more than 3,500 hours of coaching. He is currently pursuing his Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
