Desirée Allard
A curious coach with a knack for untangling conflict
Desirée is a PCC Coach who has been coaching executive leaders since 2006, focusing mostly on organizational and cultural changes, leadership development and speaking at seminars. Desirée tangles out conflicts and for many years has helped both governmental and bigger corporations to find solutions. In addition to conflict management, she also uses neuroscience leadership for greater understanding and deeper changes, as she has a degree in this.
Working as a consultant, her clients have included hospitals and clinics in Sweden. Desirée has her own management experience, having worked for many years in the aviation and transport industry on an international level. She serves on the board of directors of a Nordic franchise organization and holds the same position in a marketing association.
