Desirée is an experienced facilitator and organisation consultant who has been coaching executive leaders since 2006. She focuses on organisational and cultural changes and is an expert in conflict management. Desirée uses her background in neuroscience leadership to help her clients find solutions and achieve a greater understanding of what is holding them back.
In her early career, Desirée held management roles in both the aviation and transport industries. Most notably she worked at Hertz where she transitioned from project management to leading a team as the sales & marketing manager.
