Amos Szeps

Amos is a specialist in coaching C-suite leaders and top teams facing unprecedented change. With over 20 years of experience, Amos partners with political leaders, executives of large multinational organisations and teams during periods of disruption and transition. His style is bold, transforming and highly relational. He thinks and works at a strategic level to provide customised programs that effect both team and financial performance. Amos applies a relentless focus to the delivery of real-world business outcomes while ensuring that the process remains spontaneous, human and fun.
For ten years between his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Amos was a theatre actor, working alongside many of Australia’s top actors. He then moved to work as a corporate psychologist at YSC London followed by becoming the Head of Development at Heidrick & Struggles.
