Amos is a specialist in the provision of coaching services for C-suite leaders and top teams facing unprecedented change. He is the only psychologist in Australia accredited as a Master Coach by the International Coaching Federation, the highest level of coaching accreditation available.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, Amos partners with senior leaders of large multinational organizations, political leaders and their teams during periods of disruption and transition. He operates exclusively at the highest level within the world’s most innovative and fastest-growing organizations. Amos thinks and works at a strategic level with clients to provide CEO-sponsored, customized interventions for top teams that deliver measurable uplifts in both team effectiveness and financial performance.

For the past 6 years, Amos has worked primarily in the energy sector, helping CEOs and their teams to rapidly rethink their strategies and identity at a time of reinvention for the industry. Recently back in Australia after 10 years working overseas, he is in the initial stages of expanding his practice in AsiaPac.
