Alla is a recognized expert in leadership development in Russia. She has over 3,000 hours of individual and group coaching experience. Since 2005, Alla has been delivering projects for global corporations in Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia to develop leadership skills and to enhance performance. These projects have involved large-scale leadership programs in a variety of industries including finance, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and energy.
