After 20 years in the fast-moving consumer goods world, Adeyanju launched a coaching, blended learning, training and facilitation practice. She is collaborating with global coaching organizations to increase/deepen access to coaching and leadership competencies.
Working with a growth-focused consumer packaged goods company and strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company operating in 28 countries across 3 continents enabled Adeyanju to develop executive presence and sharpened her ability to distill organizational strategies into measurable actions.
