Adeyanju Olomola

Adeyanju Olomola ACC is a Leadership and organizational Coach with over 360 hours of Coaching experience. Her goal in life is to help purpose-driven individuals and organizations to discover, connect with and achieve their dreams and goals. Simply put, she supports her clients to clearly define what success means to them and discover pathways to all that truly matters to them. Her clients have attested to increased confidence, clarity and depth of awareness (strengths), leadership presence; experienced growth in people development skills, communications and transiting successfully across leadership layers. Prior to setting up her Coaching Practice, she worked in the FMCG industry with 20 years of diversified experience in Retail Sales, Service Delivery, Reputation Management, Community Relations, Incident Management & Crisis Resolution, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications.

Adeyanju is an Associate Senior Coach and Trainer with TNM Coaching. She is on the faculty and facilitates coach training for the Centre for Core Coaching, Nigeria. She is a certified John Mattone Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, an Extended DISC & FinxS Accredited Consultant and a Narrative Coach Enhanced Practitioner. She is currently the Vice President of ICF Nigeria Chapter.

Adeyanju believes that what we do as humans is an expression of who we are. She believes unlocking the enormous potential within every individual starts with a holistic and clear understanding of one’s self. As this awareness emerges and is embraced, the capacity for lasting change is broadened. She partners with her clients as they embark on self-discovery and the resultant effects of owning their authentic self, directional clarity, congruence between personal and organizational goals.
