The programs each include:

The Foundation (Level 1) program includes
75 coach training hours
10.5 coach mentoring
performance evaluation at ACC Level

The Advanced (Level 2) program includes
150 coach training hours
10.5 coach mentoring
performance evaluation at PCC Level

The Master (Level 3) program includes
75 coach training hours
10.5 coach mentoring

The training for each program is spread over 3 months.

Please note, in addition to the training and mentoring hours, participants from any program wishing to apply for accreditation through the ICF will also need to pass the ICF’s Coach Knowledge Assessment and complete the required level of coaching hours experience, depending on the level of accreditation the participant wants to achieve. These hours need to be organised at the participant’s discretion.

Each program offers a combination of virtual and digital learning. The interactive live virtual workshops are hosted on a virtual training platform such as Zoom, and provide expert input and facilitation alongside practical sessions. You will receive login-in details to each virtual workshop once registered for a program.

Growing the coaching community is one of the objectives of our programs. There is a high level of interaction with peers and coach-facilitators throughout the whole learning process – both during and in between virtual workshops.

The coach-facilitator will be present and connected to their students throughout the whole learning process. The interaction will be lively and ongoing utilising various platforms (digital and virtual).

It is possible to cancel an enrollment with TNM Coaching Academy.  Any cancellations must be received in writing to academy@tnmcoaching.com. If no notification of cancellation is received then no refund will be made.

• Any cancellation received up to 22 days before the start date of the program will be subject to a full refund less a €150 administration charge.
• Any cancellation received between 21 days and 14 days before the start date of the program will be subject to a full refund less a 500 euro administration charge.
• Any cancellation received 13 days or less before the start date of the program will not be eligible for a refund.

Our programs are designed to give you confidence and competence in core coaching skills as well as the level of personal development that is necessary for sustainable success in coaching. It takes a holistic view of unleashing the potential of individuals, which provides a fuller, richer environment for coaching.

Our coach-facilitators and mentors are highly experienced, thought-provoking, ICF-credentialed coaches. They bring to their coaching and facilitation a wealth of personal coaching experience.

There are no specific requirements to join the Foundation Program, other than developing yourself and your coaching skills.

There are no specific requirements to join the Advanced Program, other than developing yourself and your coaching skills as the material is designed to take you from foundational coaching skills all the way through to an advanced level as a coach practitioner.  However as our Advanced Level 2 program includes the Level 1 program within the first 3 modules, if you already completed coach training to ACC level or have completed a full Level 1 program you are able to join half way through our Level 2 program at an adjusted price.  This option is suitable for coaches accredited at ACC (Associuate Certified Coach) Level looking for coach education to support them to on their pathway to PCC (Professional Certified Coach) Level. If you have completed the Advanced program with TNM or a similar program with another provider who fulfils the requirements by the ICF of obtaining a Level 2/PCC accreditation or similar, you can apply for Master program.

Yes! The Evolutionary Coaching Approach training programs develop fundamental skills in coaching as well as enabling individuals to communicate more effectively with others. Due to the unique approach of Evolutionary Coaching, it offers opportunities for organisations looking to incorporate solid coaching skills for members of their team and for individuals who wish to become well-trained and masterful credentialed coaches. On completion of any of our programs, you will be a Certified Evolutionary Coach and will receive the Evolutionary Coach Training Program Certificate. Being a Certified Evolutionary Coach by the TNM Coaching Academy is a highly regarded credential.

Furthermore, once you have completed your mentor coaching and passed your final performance evaluation you will receive a final certificate relevant to the program level you have completed.

Once you have your final program certificate you can apply to the ICF for accreditation. You can do this at the Associate Certified Coach level (Level 1) if you have completed our Foundation program, at the Professional Certified Coach level (Level 2) if you have completed our Advanced program, and at the Master Certified Coach level (Level 3) if you have completed our Master program.

Affiliation with the ICF provides credibility, community and opportunities for continuous growth as part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches.

Accreditation with the ICF provides accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. ICF Credential-holders have proven themselves in the pursuit and completion of rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to their commitment to excellence in coaching.

Programs which have been certified by the ICF have passed rigorous quality standards. They are acknowledged to develop and promote excellence in coaching.

The TNM Coaching Academy is proud to offer the first Evolutionary Coach Training Program (ECTP) in the world which has been certified by the ICF.  Not only do our programs offer the opportunity to become certified as a world-recognised Evolutionary Coach but the program also provides a platform for participants to move beyond coaching everyday success to coaching the evolution of human consciousness and global transformation.

The ICF accredit three levels of coach:

Level 1 ACC – Associate Certified Coach
(60+ hours training, 100+ hours coaching experience)

Level 2 PCC – Professional Certified Coach
(125+ hours training, 500+ hours coaching experience)

Level 3 MCC – Master Certified Coach
(PCC Credential + 200+ hours training, 2500+ hours coaching experience)

Our programs develop skills for each of the three levels of ICF coach:

The ICF changed its accreditation pathways with effect from 1 August 2022:

• Level 1 (formerly ACSTH – Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours) is for organisations that offer at least 60 contact learning hours and 10 hours of Mentor Coaching by an eligible Mentor Coach; and administers a performance evaluation at or above the ACC level.  Level 1 education is designated as a path to the ACC Credential.
• Level 2 (formerly ACTP – Accredited Coach Training Program) is for organisations that offer at least 125 contact learning hours and 10 hours of Mentor Coaching by an eligible Mentor Coach; and performance evaluation to the PCC level. Level 2 education is designated as a path to the PCC Credential.
• Level 3, a new offering, is for organisations that offer at least 75 advanced contact learning hours and 10 hours of Mentor Coaching by an eligible Mentor Coach to the MCC level. Level 3 education is designated as a pathway to the MCC Credential.

The TNM Coaching Academy is proud to be an ICF accredited coach education provider at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.

Evolutionary Coach Training Program Foundation
Completion of our level 1 foundation program provides students with the coach training hours, mentoring and performance evaluation required to apply for your ACC level accreditation with the ICF.

Evolutionary Coach Training Program Advanced
Completion of our level 2 advanced program provides students with the coach training hours, mentoring and performance evaluation required to apply for your PCC level accreditation with the ICF.

Evolutionary Coach Training Program Master
Completion of our level 3 master program provides students with the coach training hours and mentoring required to apply for your MCC level accreditation with the ICF.

In order to maintain the highest levels of coaching practice the ICF requires coaches to renew their credentials every three years. Part of the renewal process includes continued mentoring hours and Continued Coach Education hours.

All of our Evolutionary Coaching Programs become part of your coach-specific education or continuous coach training education and they earn you credits that you can put towards ICF certification or re-credentialing.
