Margaret helps individuals, teams and organisations become more conscientious about who they are, how they make decisions and what they wish to become. As a result they deal better with ambiguity and have more resilience in the face of increasing change. Much of Margaret’s international career in strategic planning was about exploring and understanding human nature. Since 2003 she has put her experience to work as a leadership coach, culture change facilitator, trainer, mentor, trustee, speaker and writer. In addition to her coaching accreditations, Margaret is certified across multiple diagnostics that help people get fresh perspectives so they can move forward in ways that are manageable and sustainable.
