Constanze is a facilitator, coach and business consultant who has worked in executive education with global executives for more than 20 years.
Previously she worked for 10 years for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London in the area of Executive Learning & Development. She has conceived strategic personal development concepts at different organisational levels mainly for Investment and Corporate Banking.
Constanze now works in the field of Organisational Development, featuring specialisations in Leadership Development and Business Coaching. Constanze has extensive experience in the areas of team and leadership effectiveness, cross-cultural competence as well as supporting people in developing consulting competence inside organizations.
She consults to organisations that need to undertake challenging change or developments. Her focus is to do this by asking the right questions, building meaningful working relationships with internal change managers, leaders and other agents to work collaboratively both to address the immediate issues as well as to increase the organisation’s capacity to plan and undertake organisational transformation and development in the future.
