The Kind Leader by Martin Haworth

Because a Kind Leader is a Winning Leader

About this Class

We live in challenging times. Results are vitally important, and leaders cannot do it all themselves. Pressures cause all sorts of imbalances and just when you needed it most, this program will show you that the only way to be consistently and sustainably successful is when you use a Kind approach with everyone in your team.  But first, you must be kind to yourself.

Through “The Kind Leader Program” you will appreciate how to be kind to yourself and to those in your team to release the potential of everyone in ways that make them feel good. Bringing openness, trust, motivation, and growth.  Not to mention excellent those ever-important results too. In 4 x 4 hour interactive virtual sessions you will cover the four key areas to help you work best with your people.

A workbook, homework and buddying activities are all included.
