About this Class

This experiential and interactive program explores the fundamentals of Mindfulness; what it is, how it works, the benefits and outcomes, and how it can be a genuine “superpower” for you in all aspects of your life. Mindfulness, the centuries-old practice of bringing focused awareness, presence and reflection offers a powerful set of tools and techniques to help us navigate these turbulent times, and to maintain balance and composure in all the moments of our lives.

Throughout the program, we will introduce easily implementable tools and techniques for building your Mindfulness capability and explore how to apply them in a variety of contexts.

The program is structured to be relevant for people at all stages of their Mindfulness journey, those who are new to Mindfulness concepts, as well as those who have been practicing for many years.

What will I learn?

The program employs a variety of methodologies designed to engage individuals with diverse learning styles, and to create sustainable change that becomes integrated into the fabric of your life, including direct instruction, experiential activities, large and small group discussions, peer-to-peer learning, and role play.

In addition to the workshop sessions, you will receive weekly exercises and activities, to continue to strengthen your Mindfulness practice and enhance your journey.

Prior to the start of the program, you will complete an assessment to determine your initial familiarity with Mindfulness concepts along with a baseline level of social and emotional intelligence. Upon completion, you will complete a similar assessment that will allow you to gauge your own growth and development.


Format and Schedule

4 monthly sessions, 4 hours each – pre and post program assessment plus weekly exercises and activities (16 Total Hours)
