About this Class
The world is changing rapidly, with companies and organizations constantly being asked to adapt to an ever faster changing environment. Many managers and employees are exposed to stress, fear, and excessive demands in these transformative times. What many do not know is that there are very quick and easy ways to restore inner peace, new energy, more resilience, and clarity. The key to this is our breath.
Each session will begin with an impulse stimulus for the mind followed by a theme focused Breathwork (paired with some of the finest music directly from Ibiza), and finished off by a mini-workshop on how to use the gained insights to enhance your self-leadership effectiveness in everyday life.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The breathing approach we use is in this program is not advised for conditions such as, but not limited to bi-polar, schizophrenia, cardiovascular disease, acute heart conditions, epilepsy, glaucoma, detached retina, high blood pressure, or delicate pregnancy and first trimester (first three months) of pregnancy. Likewise, if you are on any medications you are advised to seek medical counsel prior to joining us.
